STEP 1 - Fill out the camper van build form
Fill out our camper van build form based off our templated floor plans. Our base package is $28,000 for the conversion only for our templated floor plan on the RAM Promaster 136wb and Mercedes Sprinter 144wb. We stick to this only floor plan but we may be willing to accommodate slight changes. For larger vans we accommodate more customized floor plans. Once you fill out and submit the build form we'll email you back with a price quote and next steps.

STEP 2 - We'll schedule a call with you
Based on the information provided in your form submission, we'll get back to you asap with answers any follow up questions we may have for you. From there, we'll coordinate a convenient time to get on call to get to know you better and discuss van build details further. This is an exciting step since we start to map out your very own camper van! From your electrical set up, to your storage needs we'll cover it all.

STEP 3 - Sign paperwork and secure your production slot
If we verbally agree to proceed with your camper van build, the next steps will be as follows: You’ll need to sign a services agreement and provide a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to secure your production slot. Additionally, 50% of the remaining build cost will be required before the start date. This payment must be received prior to us beginning the build process. We recommend submitting this as early as possible to secure your slot and allow us to order the necessary materials and components. A further 25% of the total cost will be due halfway through the build, and the final payment must be made before or on the day of pickup.

Please note that you are responsible for purchasing the van and arranging its delivery to our location in Nashville, TN. There are several advantages to this approach:

a. You can finance the van through a dealership, as we do not currently offer financing options.
b. You have the flexibility to shop for the best deal on a van, whether new or used.
c. You can select your preferred color, size, and van features (such as heated seats) to personalize your build.
STEP 4 - Time to get to work!
We will start the conversion process and keep you updated with progress photos along the way. Your van is expected to be completed approximately 2-3 months from the start date, though this timeline may vary slightly. Rest assured, we’ll maintain clear and open communication throughout the process. Once finished, you can pick up your van at our location in Nashville, TN.
